New UI experience
with familiar software functions

CenTIG is completely redefining the Migatronic TIG welding experience with the introduction of a new digital display and software functions.

Defines the interaction between the welder and the torch. Choose between 2T or 4T modes to control how the arc starts, maintains, and stops. Ideal for customizing the workflow to match operator preferences and welding conditions.

Determines how the welding arc is initiated. Options include LiftTIG for contact ignition, HF (High Frequency) for non-contact starts, and HF Energy for reduced electromagnetic interference in sensitive environments. Essential for reliable arc starts in different production settings.

Manages the entire welding flow process, including pre-gas, arc initiation, current ramp-up, slope transitions, and post-gas phases. Provides welders with precise control over each stage to ensure optimal arc stability, reduced contamination, and clean terminations.

A semi-automatic function that delivers ultra-small and heat-mA semi-automatic function that delivers ultra-small and heat-minimized tack welds. Perfect for thin materials where visible or large tacks are not acceptable. Leaves no visible trace in the final weld.inimized tack welds.

Automates a series of tack welds to form a consistent and even weld seam. Especially effective for ultra-thin materials between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm. Reduces heat input and distortion, while increasing speed and consistency.

Allows precise control over heat input by alternating between high and low current levels. Essential for welding thin materials, pulse welding helps minimize distortion, improve weld appearance, and enhance control of the weld pool.

Advanced AC controls enable fine-tuning of alternating current parameters such as balance, frequency, and waveform. These adjustments help optimize cleaning versus penetration for aluminum welding, offering better control and weld quality.

Provides the ability to save, lock, favorite, and export/import welding settings. Streamlines workflows by allowing welders to recall optimized parameters instantly. Ideal for multi-user environments or repeat production jobs.
